Salon Policies

At The Esty Zone our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your visit to our salon  is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment so that we can begin your service on time, if not ahead of schedule. With respect to the clients booked after you, a late arrival may necessitate a reduced appointment time.

Arriving Late for an Appointment 

All services lasting more than 10 minutes have a 5-minute grace period. 

If you arrive late for an appointment, you will be requested to reschedule to a later time, possibly a different date for hair removal; however, for facials, the treatment will conclude on time so that the following appointment can begin on time. 

If you believe you will be late, please give us a call to let us know. If you do not call within 5 minutes, your appointment will be listed as a NO SHOW.

All prices are based only on starting prices. Despite our best efforts to keep our website and spa menu up to date, rates and services are subject to change at any time.

Considerations for health, allergies, or pregnancy: 

 

Please inform our staff if you have any health conditions, disabilities, allergies to drugs or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are presently taking, or if you are pregnant when coming or calling for an appointment. If you experience any discomfort during your therapy, please notify our esthetician  immediately. 

 

It is recommended but not essential following our treatments. You will be more comfortable if you are not wearing constricting clothing. After service, wait a few hours before applying deodorant to waxed underarms.
